Mold Growth - What is needed?
So, lets start by understanding what 3 things are needed for Mold Growth
1) Spores – Spores are everywhere, inside and outside.

Florida’s Laws for Mold Inspectors
It’s important to understand the difference between mold assessors and mold remediators, since Florida mold laws separate the two. A mold assessor identifies a mold problem, while a mold remediator fixes the problem.
On July 1, 2010, the state ruled that no mold assessor may offer to perform mold remediation within one year of their assessment of a particular property.
Both the mold assessor and mold remediator are licensed professionals under Florida law.
